Dr. Manoush Biglari, a faculty member of the Civil Engineering Department at Razi University, has been selected as an international member of the scientific committee of the “5th International Balkans Conference on Challenges of Civil Engineering”, which will be held on October 29–30 in Albania.

 

The scientific committee members of this conference, which will take place on March 29–30 at Ipoca University in Tirana, Albania, include scholars from Germany, Italy, Spain, Nigeria, Croatia, Bulgaria, Portugal, Romania, and other countries.

 

In previous years, Dr. Biglari has also participated as a representative of Razi University on the judging committees of various international conferences.
