Introduction
The establishment of international units in universities and higher education institutions, along with the presence of students interested in studying in the country, provides a valuable opportunity to foster communication and interaction with other countries, particularly neighboring ones. Accordingly, and considering the importance and necessity of teaching Persian to enhance both the quantitative and qualitative aspects of educational, research, social, and cultural experiences for non-Iranian students, the Office of International Scientific Cooperation at Razi University has established a specialized Persian Language Center. This center is dedicated to teaching Persian to non-Iranian students and other enthusiasts of the Persian language in Kermanshah province.

Objectives

• To teach Persian language skills—reading, writing, speaking, and listening—to international students for continuing their studies at Razi University.

• To strengthen and promote the Persian language abroad through the instruction of Persian to foreign students.

• To provide training and planning in Persian language and literature education for non-Persian speakers.

• To foster and expand academic relations with foreign universities in the field of Persian language and literature.
